Job: Bad Debt Collection

Job Description:
- Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
Required Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Must have knowledge of FDCPA guidelines
- Utilize various tracing techniques to collect personal info of customers with outstanding
- Debts keeping conversations notes with customers & outcomes
