Job: Nurse Navigator

Job Description:
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate diagnostic testing
- Assist with insurance, financial authorizations & access to resources
- Provide follow-up, monitor recovery
- Maintain patient records
- Track treatment progress
Required Candidate Profile
- Registered Nurse degree
- Medical Assistant experience
- CURN/relevant certification (preferred)
- Min. 2 years' experience in nursing
- Excellent communication
