Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
Patient Scheduling Executive to support US healthcare operations. The role involves managing patient appointments, handling inbound and outbound calls, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address patient queries and medical needs.
- Direct patients to appropriate healthcare providers or services.
- Follow up with patients to ensure their requests and concerns are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare processes and communication standards.
Eligibility & Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US healthcare.
- At least 1 year of experience in patient scheduling (mandatory).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in night shifts (US shift timing).
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
