Job: Business Development Executives (US Marketing Process)

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting. This role focuses primarily on high-volume cold calling to US based nonprofit organizations to introduce the company’s nonprofit software solutions and schedule qualified product demonstrations with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day to nonprofit organizations.
- Engage decision-makers and influencers within target nonprofit organizations.
- Deliver a clear and compelling value proposition for the nonprofit software solution.
- Identify potential needs and qualify prospects for a sales demonstration.
- Secure qualified demo appointments for Account Executives.
- Accurately schedule meetings in the company calendar and CRM (SalesForce)
- Confirm meeting details with prospects and send calendar invitations.
- Ensure prospects understand the purpose and value of the demo.
- Identify the organization type and fundraising needs.
- Determine whether the organization is currently using fundraising or nonprofit management software.
- Assess interest and fit for the company’s software platform.
- Capture relevant qualification information in the CRM.
- Log all call activity in SalesForce.
- Maintain accurate notes on each prospect interaction.
- Update lead status and qualification details.
- Track demo bookings and outcomes.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails with prospects who show interest.
- Re-engage prospects who previously declined or requested follow-up.
- Maintain professional and consistent communication with all prospects.
